Stress Management Series

This series is composed of brief sessions, maximum 1.5 hours, once a month to help employees manage their stress levels.  These sessions are supported with one-on-one coaching to ensure participants get help with their unique challenges.

Concurrent Coaching

Session 1: Stress Check
Understand your current stress level and your unique stressors.  Use this new awareness as well as some quick and simple tools to manage stress.


Session 2: Minimizing the impact of stress: Quick daily practices in 10 minutes or less
This session is geared towards understanding the negative impact of stress on our bodies and minds.  Quick stress management practices, in 10 minutes or less, are identified and incorporated into an action plan.

Session 3: Meditation for Non-meditators
This session offers hands on information and practice of meditation. It is geared towards anyone who has little time but wants to better manage stress.

Session 4: Energy booster: Maximizing your energy level during stressful times
Understand how stress impacts your energy level and the four sources of energy in your life.  Learn a variety of techniques to minimize stress’ impact on your energy.

Session 5: The Lighter side of Stress
Learn how levity, laughter and fun can be a huge stress buster yet appropriate for the office.

Concurrent Coaching:
You can choose from 3 levels of coaching:

Option A – 1 *20 minute one-on-one tele-coaching session for each participant

Option B – 1 *30 minute one-on-one tele-coaching session for each participant

Option C – 2 *30 minute one-on-one tele-coaching session for each participant
